Airbus just announced more delays of the 380, still due to wiring. I don't think that anyone knows when it'll be in service. Good luck!

I think pretty soon everybody's going to dump Airbus. This A380 business is rediculous, they've paid 140 Million to Qantas for being late. The A380's first problem was that the engines couldn't take the strain of the aircraft, and had to be switched. I'd LOVE to fly on the A380, but I don't ever have to travel internationally.
Airbus is coming out with the A350, which will directly compete with the 787. A few companies, who would learn towards Airbus, have opted for the 787, since it's in production already, and some have said Airbus should have redesigned the fuselage for the A350, instead of recycling a current design.
Airbus better step it up if they don't want to start losing customers.

I dont think the current order books will be reduced, the airlines that have opted for the A380 will keep the options, after all what other options are there in a growing passenger market ? a modified B747-400 ? Best they wait it out and see what Airbus do to sort out the super modern -A380-Jet.

i dont know plenty approximately this...yet many airways use their 'promotional flights' for workers to get a glance on the A380. so till you recognize a chum who works intense up in the Qantas ranks, I dont like your possibilities!

Tis still not been announced coz there rr delays in the delivery due to wirin problems. Airbus is tryin 2 use aluminium wires instead of the standard copper ones in order to reduce weight. Most probably it might be London-Sydney.
