all I want is that.
Im sick of my gut and my legs and azz.
why did God have to make me big boned!
im 5'5.5 174 and athletic but I still have about
30 lbs to lose before Im in my proper weight range. I hate this,
why do I have to look at other females who posse a thinness I will not have unless I severly restict MY diet!! Why cant I be a 20 inch waist!?

When will I be small again?

I dont want to be hungry but, I eat 'till Im satisfied. I know I should be hungry but I dont want to . I eat chocolate sometimes and dessert but I always have a salad and veggies with every meal( fruit for breakfast). I only drink water and milk. Food makes me fat.
I work out two hours every other day ( weight and cardio) and then do abs on my off days. But still just some lbs off, some diffrence, but not the me I want.

Should I just eat fruit and toast in the mournings from now on and avoid deserts for awhile?skip the milk and only drink water with a multi-vitamin. I want thinner thighs!

Try cutting the milk and anything that has white flour in it, I know how you feel its quick to gain but so hard to get rid of, I had a 50inch waist at on time, eight pills a day for diabetes, I'm a 36 inch wasit now and on no meds for diabetes, what i did was cardio and weights also, I ate mostlty protein or foods high in protein, you said you do cardio, the body does not start to burn body fat until after the 1st 15 minutes of cardio, I do cardio 45 minutes to an hour, I used the eliptical machine because it burns twice the calories as a treadmill does in the same amount of time, I only concentrate on two body parts per day on weight, for example today I did chest and biceps, tommorow will be back and triceps, next shoulders, trap, and legs, and I do abs every other day, eating is important I eat 5 meals a day but mostly high in protein and carbs from my veggies, lots of water, try not to use heavy weights but enough weight to a least challenge you with high reps, I always exhaust the muscle I am training completly. I also found out if you do cardio in the morning before you eat your body does not have anything it it needs to use up before switching to body fat, it will start yo burn it immediately, you can do it sweetie, so hang in there, dont watch the scale cause sometimes you will lose inches before weight, and dont worry about them skinny hefers lol they skinny and they still complain they to fat, I use to be a personal trainer so if you have more questions or need some support holla at me on the email, I will always be glad to help K but most of all stick with it and dont give up, you can do it

Peace and Love

Sounds like you're doing good except for the desserts. Just drop the desserts and do the same stuff that you said you're doing. Don't drop the milk. If you're drinking Vitamin D milk (the fattiest milk), try skim milk instead. Vitamins in the pill form shouldn't be substituted for vitamins from your food. If you're like me, you like dipping your veggies in stuff like ranch or something, try some fat free dressing or none at all. With your salads, try a low fat or fat free dressing. Don't drink any soda's or anything like that.

If you just do those simple things (and don't starve yourself) then you should see some results in no time.

Stopping eating will just slow down your metabolism so your body won't burn as much fat. You actually have to eat more, you just have to eat healthy.

Good luck with the weight loss. And don't feel bad. I'm only 5'1. I used to only be anywhere between 120 and 135 Ibs. I got pregnant with my first son and at the end of the pregnancy I weighed 178Ibs, and that was after losing some weight at the beginning of the pregnancy. I didn't get to lose any of that weight before I got pregnant again so now I have to gain anywhere between 20 and 35 MORE Ibs.

I've been reading around about weight loss a little so I can lose all this weight after my baby is born and the info I gave you above was everything I've found out.

No matter what, give yourself time. Don't set an unreasonable time limit for yourself or you'll be dissappointed in yourself and you don't want that.

Hey! I wish I were 5'8" so I could reach things, that my feet weren't so small I can never find shoes; that I still had the 18" waist I did in my twenties. BUT HERE I AM. If you're "big boned" you're obviously going to weigh more--also, working out builds up muscle mass, (weight) & that's a good thing. I don't want to sound like I'm preaching, but when you look at those pretzel women, do you ever think of what YOU'VE GOT that maybe they don't? Who are you on the INSIDE? Do you like that person, or are you too hung up on your body? Being seriously overweight (if you are) is a health hazard; have you thought of seeing a nutritionist? A diet personalized to meet your needs? I'll bet you a cookie you aren't as "awful" as you make yourself sound!!

stop whining, eat no carbs at all for a month, eat green veggies, tomatoes, yellow veggies, limited ammounts of raw fruits, ones that are low in carbs like strawberries, no sugar of any sort, low fat milk and low fat artifically sweetened yogurt. weights will not make you skinny ever, lots of crunches and leg lifts will help with the tummy, but if you have a normal black womans body, you have a big behind and big thighs and the only thing to help is lyposuction. eat good lean protein, like baked or broiled chicken or fish, no breading, no frying, no potatoes, no rice , no pasta, no noodles , no sugar, no junk food of any kind, you cant have a 20 inch waist unless you work for it, like a maniac. and do an hour every day is better than two hours every other day, walk, use the stairs not the elevator, no booze, no smoking, an egg a day is ok, you are doing things you shouldnt and you convince yourself you arent, believe me i know, im diabetic and i used to eat things i wasnt supposed to and talk myself into saying it wouldnt hurt and now im on the verge of kidney failure. please take care of your health and no diet pills, they never really work.

first of all don't be looking to those skinny bitches for guidelines because that only proves that you have a very low self esteem. in regards to your diet, i suggest you eliminate every single once of carbs from your diet and stick to meats (no fat in it) and greens. have a hearty breakfast, a good healthy lunch and no heavy eats for dinner (a salad and some nonfat yogurt will do fine). and you will start losing weight. don't change your exercise routine.

welcome to the club, i am always hungry yet whenever i fell hungry i try to drink water, because i read that sometI'mes our body fells like its hungry when its really thirsty. i am focusing more on how i prepare my food like grilling instead of frying, and sugar is just a no-no for me. my weight comes off slowly too. I'm trying to love myself more which i think will help my weight, i have to love the skin im in no matter what, which is easier said then done.
