They are not considered christian. They don't even teach salvation through acceptance of Jesus as your savior. They teach false doctrine. I am former catholic, and I how am born again and know the truth. Praise the Lord.

First of all, I don't suspect that you've ever really read much of the Bible. I do know for sure that you know nothing of Catholicism. You most certainly are not a student of church history either.
What are your sources for these ridiculous statements? Catholics only worship God (and why don't you properly capitalize the "G"?). Pure and simple. Whatever else you think is just way out in left field on what we worship.
Forgiveness of sins. True, God forgives sins, however, when Jesus (who is God) tells his apostles in Jn 20:21-23 "He breathed on them, saying,'Receive the Holy Spirit! If you forgive any man's sins, they stand forgiven; if you pronounce them unforgivem, unforgiven they remain.'" This wasn't some casual comment by Jesus after his Resurection. It had a definite purpose, it's what we call the institution of the sacrament of Reconcilliation (ie, Confession). If you have a problem with this, then you have a problem with Jesus' words, take it up with him!
You really should get into the history of the Church. What you will discover is that the early Church from the Apostles on, was actually Catholic - celebrated the Mass, sacraments like reconciliation, etc. But then again, you probably don't want to know that.

What a diatribe of venom!!! Obviously we have a very unhappy person here.
First of all, you just committed the very thing you have accused us Catholics of--you judged!!!!
The Only One Whom Catholics worship is the One True God: The Father, the Son, & the Holy Spirit.
We do not worship the Cross, or our priests, or the Blessed Virgin Mary. Rather, we venerate them(& Mary especially)precisely because of their Link to Our God.
Christ Instituted the Sacrament of Confession in the Gospel according to St. John chapter 20, verse 23:
"If you forgive the sins of any, their sins are forgiven them; & if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
So to answer your question, Catholicism contradicts **NOTHING**in the Holy Bible, & is 100% true Christianity!!

It seems to me you've already broken the "Thou Shalt Not Judge" rule that you claim is stated in scripture.
What do you have to say for yourself?
As for all your other assertions, your "judgment" has been clouded by the mistaken opinions of others, as well as a serious lack of the whole truth.
If you availed yourself of the complete truth, which only exists within the sacred Deposit of Faith, which God has entrusted solely to his Holy Catholic Church, than you would be able to easily understand all of these issues, which now seem so difficult for you to fathom.
Jesus founded the Church ... not the Bible.
The Church compiled the canon of scripture and vouched for it's inerrancy and inspiration.
The Bible does not contain ALL the answers. God never intended that it would. He gave authority to his Church to guide all men to salvation.
Those who believe in the Bible alone have no choice but to fabricate their own false traditions and beliefs in order to make it seem so.
Catholicism does not conflict with any of God's revealed truth, whether contained in scripture, or otherwise.
Those who showed up 1500 years late, after the world had already been converted to Christ, and who insist on following their own cleverly crafted, but faulty rules, will never be able to figure this out.
Totally Rad!

There is no Catholic teaching that contradicts the Bible. You are just misinformed as to what it is that the Catholic Church actually teaches.
Of course, how long have you been studying the Bible? How can you possibly elevate your personal interpretation above that of the Church which assembled the Bible in the first place? How can you think your understanding is more valid than the Church which Christ himself instituted and to whom he gave his authority?
"And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it.
I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." (Matthew 16:18-19)
Why do you have more faith in yourself than in the promise given to us by Jesus himself?

You have listed at least 10 misrepresentations and falsehoods, and I'm sure you demand an answer that can fit on a bumper sticker.
All of the distortions you have just puked up have been answered 10,000 times on a variety of good web sites. The information is there, but it is only there for people who want to receive it, not narrow minded ignorant bigots who are prejudiced and hateful.
And Catholics are in every nation and race, of every nation and race.

I am catholic. You are taking things wayyyyyyyy to seriously. I learned a long time ago to care for others, forgive, be kind, and don't condemn. I am at peace with my soul now. When it comes to religion, you cannot take it too seriously. If you do, it will drive you crazy and just create problems. Just live day to day. Try to treat others like you want to be treated. This is how I live. I accept all - no matter what their faith. Too me religion is personal matter and no one else's business. Take care..

The bible is open to a wide range of interpretations.
LIE
There IS ONLY ONE (1) interpretation to the Bible if you do it accurately. God, being jealous would never make it confusing, the problem is people only "take" out of it what they want and not what is there. God calls this "having their ears tickled" because they want to hear only what is pleasing to them and not what God said.

Your ignorance radiates. Well done. Oh...wait...judgment. I get it. WAIT...the judgment was for another's sin, not his ignorance.
WHEW! I'm in the clear. You're ignorant.
The brunt of your question is a matter of inspiration. Catholics don't accept that scripture is the only source of revelation; tradition too mediates revelation.

Everything you just listed about catholicism is false. Typical Catholic-hating Protestant ignorance. Read a copy of the Catechism of the Catholic Church to learn what the church really does believe and teach. You will be shocked and amazed to learn the truth.
Quit repeating lies that you hear from others and do your own research.
