Daughters of the American Revolution for those who are asking what it is and it is genealogical in the sense that they require a family genealogy to prove your family had a member fighting in the American Revolution...they specifically say there is no discrimination due to race, religion..etc

Why African Americans indeed. Where is African America? And why not join the raciest group? If you don't want to be racy, then just stay home and read a good book. Huckleberry Finn, for instance.

What is DAR? And if there are no african americans doesn't mean they are racists might just mean that no african american has joined because they are too worried that they are racist?

If you can prove your ancestors fought or took part in the American revolution you can join. I know there are Hispanics, Arabs and Asians. Go check their site.
