I accidentally washed these pants with my notes from class in my pockets, and they disintegrated intp little pieces with various facts from the class on them.

Always write some slogans in a paper alternative to your chit whereby u should interchange it immediately without the examiner notice and say this is the slogan which I am always murmur in the middle of the exam in order to get good marks and this is my superstitious belief too. Without this, I can’t complete the exam with full satisfaction; like that you have to pretend. Then I could say your escape ratio would be 75-85%

There is no excuse. There's nothing you can say to justify cheating. Don't do it. It's too risky. It you get caught cheating in university you'll be expelled and black listed from academia. Basically you will have ruined your life if you hope to have any job that doesn't include the phrase "Would you like fries with that?".

There is no good excuse. Study. why would you want to cheat. Why bother getting an A when you didn't deserve it. If you have to cheat then I say don't take the exam at all. If you were my child I would be so disappointed in you.

Tell them you are a second language learner and need extra help with English. Teachers fall for that especially when you can't even spell the word cheat correctly.

Tell your teacher that you were just taking notes on a separate sheet of paper to organize your thoughts, before actually completing the exam.
... or even better...don't cheat.
