Problems after Break in Neck and lower back.?

My Financee broke his neck and back in the service and that was a long time ago. He is now having problems in his legs. Can the problems in his legs be caused from being parellolized for months after breaking his back and neck??

I'm not a Dr... but sounds like he has some never damage... I've had a back injury and I have problems with my left leg. It came on gradually over time.

YES. He needs to see a nuerologist!
