just appologize to her if she has noticed it and zip it up and carry on normally, cause its a natural human error which is done by many people mistakenly, dont make fuss about it.......

Act as if it is no big deal. If she says something, just zip it up and say "thanks, you save me some embarassment". Then don't let her bring it up again. Act as if it was no big deal, and it will pass.
