like for me eventhough i love my family i cant hug them , eventhough i care for my friends i cant let them feel that, eventhough i have a crush for this guy i dont want him to know, am i a coward, what do you think is my problem

Fear of rejection is a natural thing, and fears are there to protect our bodies and psyche from harm. But, they can also be barriers to happiness. Is you want big payoffs in happiness, you have to take the risk of rejection. Sometimes,it can be painful, but its well worth the risks when it pays off, and your relationship with everyone Bloom. Otherwise, you will never be really happy, and worse, possibly worry yourself into an ulcer or other psychosomatic comdition.

You sound a lot like me. I guess you are afrid of letting you feeling take over. I am quiet about a lot. try to open up and take things slow at first. it really dose work. good luck.
