Yes, because I'm indecisive. I can't speak for women, but rejection for us is painful. If she takes the initiative, it removes most doubt that the woman in question finds us attractive.
No. That's just annoying. I have no desire to play games like that. I will only go so far in tolerating it. I'm too prideful to bear it. Once you annoy me, chances are I'll sip my water, pivot around and go home.
For the most part, yes. Take my answer to your first question into consideration and ask if it's likely that a person in need of assurance that a woman likes him is going to want that put into doubt by someone that might not be concerned about his perception of himself.

Girls who play hard to get USUALLY ARE, and if you don't have the time/patience to play the game, usually use just move on then...
