You want to start your day with a mixture of carbs and protien, throw in a few veggies for nutrition's sake. I would recommend:

Egg-beaters (or other egg substitute), scrambled or omelette style with mixed veggies and maybe very lean ham depending on your mood. Have an orange or slice of whole wheat toast and you should be good to go.

Another option is to use fat free cottage cheese (if you can stand it) and mix it with a fat-free/lowfat yogurt. The cottage cheese is a perfect protien to get you started and the yogurt adds that touch of sweetness. Some take textural issues with it, but it is a great healthy start to the day.

Cereal is NOT the healthiest thing to start your day with, but there are definitely cereals that could do the trick. Again, you're looking for multi-grains without sugar added to it.

It is imperative that your breakfast contain protien to get your metabolism going. Other wise you're just going to bog yourself down with carbs.

Google "Healthy Breakfast" and you are bound to come up with many other options...

Any combination of carbs and protein (fiber's good too since it will fill you up for longer).

Here's a few examples:

Fortified cereal and yogurt
Banana and yogurt
Waffle and a boiled egg
Egg and cheese wrap
English muffin, peanut butter and glass of milk
Veggie omelet and a piece of fruit (apple, pear, peach)

Go crazy :) Pretty much any food can be part of a breakfast. I've even been known to eat soybeans (edamame) for breakfast!

at first... I heard which you would be able to wait thirty minutes to an hour when you devour, in the previous you do any exercising. opposite after the exercising. (could devour something suitable when you work out or your physique will start to devour you muscle as a replace of having the outcomes you're attempting to realize) i don't be attentive to the way your physique reacts, yet you may devour a type of fruit, some style of carbohydrates, (granola, buckwheat pancakes, multi-grain bread, etc. and don't be severe. you want to easily get sufficient and not fill up in easy terms in this) some style of protein that may no longer artery clogging which will make you experience sluggish, (small ingredient of meat, vegetable protein, milks, yogurt with super emphasis, etc.) and that i oftentimes like some style of oil that's surprising for suggestions functioning. (hemp, fish, flax, etc. The oils are difficult to swallow, yet your physique will love you.) Take this perception, devour what your physique needs and not what you're yearning.... Ice cream consistently sounds sturdy, yet you will experience the down facet. do no longer hassle approximately vegetables. (till you experience the will for some tomato juice) devour some salad for lunch and steamed vegetables for dinner.... in case you may devour something in the previous you run, devour very gentle and end your somewhat meal once you're complete and are cooled down from the run. i'm hoping my suggestion enables and you will experience the variation as a replace of the foodstuff which you ate in the previous. post Script i'm twenty-4 and am finally worrying sufficient to be attentive to what my physique needs.... Take it sluggish in life, one step at a time. devour a balanced meal interior the morning and despite you want in a while interior the day. you be attentive to what could be probably sturdy for you, purely takes one step at a time and over a quantity of time you will seem back and see the variation.
