Write a song and serenade her outside her bedroom window. LOL
Sure you can write her a poem asking her out if you are too shy to ask her in person, make a cd of the sort of music she likes (not love songs, too corny) and slip a note on the cover asking her out.
You could also send her an e-mail or start a chat with her and find out what she likes and say yah hey lets do that.
