Most consistent? Definitely not North Shore. Ever been there in the summer? Flat. General answer? California. It can take North, West, and South swells, and there's always at least one of those in the water. More specific answer.... Southern California. Hah I live in Southern California and there have only been a few days where it's been so small.. or nothing.. that makes it so you can't surf. I go nearly everyday and there's always something. The guy that has been surfing every day for 31 years now lives in central California. There's obviously consistent surf there. As for the rest of the world.. you tell me. Some places only go off during select times of the year, during certain swells, when there's a storm.. etc.

well i live in northern california and i think that its extremley consistant, i surf every day and there is (almost) always some kind of swell. Maybe another more consistant place for surf might be tahiti or an island in the indian ocean since it can take swell from any direction and there always seems to be swell in the water.

Most consistent? I'm gonna guess either Restaurants or Teahupaoo every time I see either of them they are firing! So Cal is far from consistent, the entire summer we are lucky to 2-3 good swells.

That's easy Indonesia. Other places get bigger swells but Indo is the most consistent.
