If you get a degree in Pharmacy and are a licensed pharmacist, you can get a good job with high pay. You can have an intersting career working in a business in your home town, helping people understand their medications, or you can work in research developing new drugs or new ways to take drugs. Or, you could work in a hospital with MDs figuring out the best combination of drugs for people who have very complicated medical problems. Or you could be a salesperson who goes around to see MDs and explain to them about the latest improvements in medicines.

These jobs all have high pay, and they are interesting and help the community.

You can learn dosage, and interactions between drugs. Also, you can learn about statistics of the drug. Pharmacology, on the other hand, you learn about the effect of the drug on the body as well as the effect of the body on the drug. It requires a broad knowledge such as biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, molecular and cellular biology, and physiology, as well as some calculus. I found it to be highly interesting that is why I am a pharmacology major.
