I've read that the vitamins won't even help the hair on your head. They will not make your hair grow all over.

no. hair vitamins don't increase hair growth in areas that no longer have functioning hair follicules or areas that don't really grow much hair to begin with. you won't create new growth. if that happened every bald man would OD on those vitamins. it just makes the hair grow faster. not thicker.

like it or not, women have the same amount of hair as men, we just remove it.
try vitamin E straight onto the hair.

Vitamins can't creat new hair folicles ... if it did there would be no bald men... it will be just the right vitamins... that your existing folicles need to be healthy.
