Popcorn without the added butter/salt/etcetera is not bad for you in normal quantities. However, it has limited nutritional value, so is only considered to be a snack food.

Some people think so but I don't. Now that u can pop it w/almost no oil as well as w/o oil the calories are nil, however it doesn't taste well. I think if you watch the amt u eat as well as the amt of salt and butter u put on it, it is a great snack food.

THE SALT AND EXTRA BUTTER IS. BUT PLAIN pop corn is not a fast food. ITS A SNACK FOOD.

popcorn isn't bad for you if it doesn't have salt and butter on it, if it's just plain..your fine :)
