HE is saying in a very derrogatory way that he thinks your lips are sexy and very suitable for giving fellatio. There really are few things sexier than a woman with nice lips although I doubt I would exprss it THAT WAY to my woman.

He needs a severe reality check. Yes, it DOES stand for Dork Sucking Lips. But if hes SO fired up about you giving him oral, he better be ready to return the favor! Digital Subscriber Line... it used to mean as Digital Subscriber Loop... a faster means of internet connection... but dick sucking lips is quite funny, hahahahaha!!!
