It sounds like you may be experiencing panic attacks. There are medications that can help with this, so as most people have advised, please talk to your family physician.
Obviously, something is bringing this on and you need to explore what will be the best coping mechanism for yourself. If you can't make your schedule any less busy, what can you do to release stress during your day. Exercise, music, hobbies, yoga, breathing techniques, etc. You have to base it off of your likes / dislikes. But you need to address it or you'll surely make yourself ill and possibly need medical attention.

Take a moment, take about 5 deep breaths - slowly in and slowly out, then hop on the web to www.hufa.org. Click on the symptoms link, and see how many of the symptoms you have. I will almost bet money you have more than just depression, anxiety and shakes.
If you do, then low blood sugar may be what is causing some of your problems. Life problems can cause low blood sugar, but low blood sugar can cause life problems, too.
Check out the article on low blood sugar on the site, and/or check out the library link on the site for the names of some books that have workable diets that will help you level out your blood sugar, and maybe your life, too.

Whoa!!! Slow down a moment. Force yourself to stop- cancel all appointments and do something silly/spontaneous/selfish. Take someone who would never expect to be invited. Your time may or may not be your own but you have "executive privilege." If you were to break down as a result of stress, you could be out of commission for days, weeks and maybe even months. Take a day as preventative medicine. And take time to thank God and count your many blessings...
Peace and may the hand of God be upon you.

Without knowing your situation, it is near impossible to give any specific meaningful advice. Go see your family physician immediately.
I was in your place before. Completely wired due to stress. Just the making an appointment will help. Remember that you need to take care of yourself, too. (I know that sounds cliche, but if you don't want to fry-out and have a complete meltdown, you need to seek help. Family physician is a good place to start.)

No caffeine. Have nutritional snacks and make sure you get to eat real meals. Take a multivitamin/minerals. Avoid sugar and processed food.
Stretch and change position often. Close your eyes and think about relaxing/pleasant things before you're overwhelmed.
Take a warm bath or shower with scents you like before bed. (Lavender is good)

you should really go see your doctor and get some kind of medicine for this. It's not good to feel like this all the time and can lead to other health issues..
