I would wait until you are 18 to make such a decision. I believe the Church will tell you the same. If your heart is still there, go for it. But when your 13, your going to go through so many changes in the next five years, who knows. You may decide to become some great scientist, or astronaut or something.

She cannot take vows at that age anyway so I think that it is safe to assume that time will tell if she is truly led to this call. Although I would strongly caution anyone who is faithful to following the teachings of Jesus Christ and who believes in The Bible to check very carefully into any religious order before joining it.
I know some spirit filled nuns that started a new group because they could not find an existing order that truly followed the magisterium of the church faithfully.

yeah...most nuns know really young....but a lot become nuns after bad relationships with men.....I wouldn't waste my life not having sex or children for something that is fiction

Even if she did, she should wait until she is older before dedicating herself to...umm....nun-ism? She might end up changing her mind when she gets older.
