before i begin i want to mention that i'm a guy, 18 yrs old, and work at hollister
FIRST, one day in the hallway at school, my little sister's friends come up to me and ask about my new job and say with a smile, "i thought only hot people work at hollister." after an exchange of words, they smile, laugh, and walk away...
THEN at work, i was hanging out in the back, then my manager and some of the female employees look at me and say ,"damn we need some hot guys working here, we dont have any." they also smile and laugh.
i dont get it, are they hitting on me, or am i really ugly? its confussing the hell out of me

You're hot. Girls want you to notice that they know what hot is, and that they're looking for it, so they drop the hint without being straight forward, blunt and obvious. It's the cat-&-mouse game. If you were ugly, or "average", they wouldn't even make any remarks about guys & good looks - honey, they'd ignore you or treat you mean, but not flirty like they are.

This is too much of a coincidence. Either your little sister set up this prank, or one of her friends knows someone else who works at Hollister, someone who is close to or is the manager.
Shrug it off and keep working. Don't tell your little sister what happened (don't confirm this for her). Don't let anyone at work know it bothers you.
it bothers me a little bit that the manager is in on this, it means there is "management by gossip," which is a bad sign.

Yeah they could be hitting on you, haha send me a pic and id tell you if your hot or not on a scale 1-10 ...you need a complete strangers opinion and a few of them but dont ask face to face or they'll be nice do it over the computer and they'll be honest

Either you around a lot of buttholes or you are so goodlooking they feel that you MUST be comfortable enough with your looks for them to say that. Kinda like how people call Hugfe guys tiny, because in their mind there is no way that this guy really thinks he is tiny. A lot of times people offend each doing things liek that .

I'd say they're probably joking around, testing to see if you can take a good joke or something. Try saying somethign silly back like "I am hot, they really should open up a window in here."

I honest to god dont know.... I have never seen you... I would say they are probably picking on you... maybe you are a hottie and they are flirting... or you could be butt ugly... but no one really comments out loud about someone being ugly to their face unless they are cruel humans... so I would go with the your a hottie.
