Depends on the person. It is a common dog name. I wouldn't pick it, but it is based on the dog's person. Mine was named after peanut butter, Skippy, by my then five year old daughter. She loves peanut butter and I told her to name him. I wouldn't have picked that either but she did and he seems to like it.

no because my grandma has a St. Bernard named that and I think it is a cute name for a male dog. i say who cares what anyone else thinks, if you like it then go with it.

If your dog is a black lab that name is PERFECT, and it may work with other labs or large dogs, but if it's a smaller dog, i don't know...
