no, your last meal of the day should be before 8 o'clock otherwie you will gain weight as food does not digest properly while you are aleep.

No it's not healthy because food could back up in your stomach and esophegas causing acid reflux disease and heart burn. My stomach doctor tells me not to eat anything heavy past 7-7:30pm as I don't go to bed until around midnight.
Also don't exercise with a few hours before going to bed either.

As long as it's something not to heavy. A bowl of cereal. I like cocoa and toast and the milk in the cocoa will help you sleep.
Anything to high in calories will cause weight gain, because you won't have time to burn any off.

they say try no to eat anything after 4 anything heavy cause the digested system takes to long to digest the food so you will be storing fat so try not to eat anything after 4
