Well for me this would be basically what i look for..
Hair Color-doesn't really matter but dark hair is a plus
Eye Color-blue eyes are my favorite...i love the combonation of dark hair and crystal blue eyes
Tan- i would like some color on my guy..i don't want to be dating a ghost..lol
Height-as long as their taller then me it doesn't matter..i'm 5'3''..and not a giant compared to me...medium height is good
Muscles- some muscles are nice...not a body builder
Active- i really like to be active and i love sports so it's a plus...my favortie sport is football so i would love to play with my guy...
Plays an instrumet- i love guitar players...i don't know what it is but i love them..i think is a guy plays any instrument it shows dedication
Personality- has to be able to make me laugh...fun loving...is caring..compassionate..but #1 he has to have a good sense of humor
If a guy is sweet and does things for me like opening doors, pulling out my chair..all those gentleman things then i think that all women would love that..well thats all i have..lol...hope i helped

Okay, these are just some of my opinions. Please understand that a specific hair and eye color IS NOT necessary or beneficial to a relationship!
Hair Color - Dark brown or Black
Eye Color - Blue or green
Tan - It doesn't really matter. A tan is nice, but no big deal.
Height - I do tend to like guys at least as tall as me.
Muscles - you say you want to know this the most, so I'll tell you. I don't particularly like "giant" muscles. Toned is nice, and abs are a plus, but huge arms and legs and whatnot are almost a turnoff for me.
Active - Sports of any kind are a pretty good thing. Something athletic, mostly.
Plays an instrument - Doesn't really matter. Might be kind of cool, but I don't really care.
Personality - this is what you should care about the most! A guy should be respectful and nice. He should also be able to make a girl laugh. Above all he should be easy to talk to... nothing is worse than having a boyfriend you can't talk to!

Active (Sports): Sports for fun is okay. When things get too competitive is when they get bad...
Plays an instrument (What one) guitar. i guess.
Personality: sweet, understanding, loyal (is HUGE!) likes outdoors, and animals, compassionate, romantic( but not always: time and place for everything...) I guess that's it...

Looks are not everything, however it does help to be clean and dress in a respective manner.
muscles on men are always nice, but they dont have to be body builder type. My self I have always been attracted to men who have nice biceps.
Hair on your chest can be sexy, if it is not overwhelming.
but most of all, your attitude and the way you treat a lady is the most important. show respect and interest in her. dont always talk about yourself but ask her things that she enjoys doing or be straight up about what you expect in a relationship.
Be sensitive to her needs.
Woman are more emotional then men, we tend to be more sensitive to things that you say.
We need to feel important to you and that we are looking good.
we need to know these things so that we feel that we have what it takes to turn you on.
anything that boosts a woman ego will get you along ways,
anything that is neg. or belittling will get you the boot.
if you care about her, then show it, dont just say it.
actions are stronger then words.
and it goes alot farther.
be real.
