Do ya know what the company or whatever is that takes school pics cuz i took my pic on the make up picture day and do you think i can like go to the place to make up my make up picture???? i'm super desperate! i'll pay them money!!!! please help!

Ask if you can have a photo taken to replace the school pics. and submit a copy for your school publication. Then go to Wal Mart or someplace like that as they won't charge you as much. Also school photographers are notoriously careless. Wal Mart might even touch it up and they will take more than one shot for you to choose from.

Talk with your teacher. If your willing to pay extra money, than there is good chance something can be arranged, but do it tomorrow because time is your biggest obstacle.
