Ironically enough, I started the first one at my high school way back in 1991. Got the principal's permission (had to *fight*), advertised, basically drummed it up, and got over ten percent of the student body to show up even though our Bible club had way less than that.
I say "ironically" because I'm Pagan now. Ah, memories.

Yes, I'm a teacher. And although I cannot attend a see you at the pole with students, a few of us get together on our own before students arrive and gather around the pole.
