do you think that if a teacher puts klenex on your table in class that you should at least be able to get up to throw it away? My L.A. teacher has the klenex sitting on your table but you arent allowed to get up and throw it away. Would that be a health hazard if someones sick and the klenex is sitting on the table then the next person to sit there could get sick from the dirty klenex?

You are correct. It should be addressed by an adult though because, obviously, the teacher does this to keep you in your seats. If you argue with him/her, they will think you are a "trouble maker" wanted to get up and down.
