how do u approach a guy who you like and ask him to the dance. im so shy so i dont know if i wanna ask him. what would be a good convo starter. and also its intimidating cause he's a year older then me.

Just go up to him, and saying " let's dance this song" If he rejects
so what....go up to the next cutest guy and say the same thing
until someone accept's.

i think you should ask him if you can not go right up to him beacause you are to shy then write it in a note and give to him.and if you go up to him you can maybe start the convo by asking him how he is doing etc and then be like are you going to the dance with any one and then if he says yes then you know not to ask cause he is going with some one else and if he says no then be like i was wondering if you would like to go with me.BUT FIRST MAKE SURE HE DOES NOT HAVE A GIRLFRIEND ALREADY.i had this friend that went up to this guy to ask him out and he had a girlfriend.

You need to be yourself. That is the most important part. Times have changed and it is okay to go after a guy yourself. So if you see a guy you really like, why not ask him out. It really is okay to do it that way now. So do not be shy, just get yourself a boy friend and it will get easier for the next time you need to find yourself one.

Yes ask him!!!! If a girl would ask me it would make things a lot easier. Just go up to him and say Hi, hes going to respond to you and say hi. From there ask him his name then give him yours. Talk to him about the dance, then take it from there!!!

heres my advice for the dance tell him u really like him[LOVE]
and say do u want to go to the dance just as friends though I tried it and he said it would be fine if we went as more than friends

why is every one so shy!! dont be!!! just be youself and ask him. or he'll go with some body else and you'll regret not asking. whats the worst that can happen.....he'll say no??? who cares theres other blokes out there
