OK question so I rated it as such and looked it up in the Yahoo on line reference dictionary. As an adjective it means the following spelled as flamboyant{it is not listed with a capitol F as in Flamboyant}:

Highly elaborate; ornate. Richly colored; resplendent.
Architecture Of, relating to, or having wavy lines and flamelike forms characteristic of 15th- and 16th-century French Gothic architecture:. Given to ostentatious or audacious display. See Synonyms at showy.

Sorry but that is the best I could do so now the rest is up to you. Pick what ever you want it to mean.

When I read it such could be a compliment or a put down ha ha You may be old and with wavy lines in your wrinkles or a beautiful designed piece of work ha ha. Now its your call and your view. ha ha Look into a mirror first then decide. Or you can ask for a second opinion from first a friend and then an enemy OK

Do smile and have a good day
