If they go to Austin, probably a few days, and pay a large fee for doing it fast. Through normal channels (at many post offices) it takes about a month.
Need certified birth certificates, need passport pictures.

will i am in usa and i heard just for me to get a passport and go to Germany, it would to take about more than 2 weeks to get passport. maybe unlucky if months. im saying 4-5 weeks...maybe

Go to the Post Office. They have all the forms. Some will even take pictures and send the information out for you. Imagine that.

i Think IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK JUST GO ANYWHERE WHERE THEY TAKE PASSPORTS IN WAIT TO GET THEM BACK.
