Depends on how good they are.
I can honestly say that a guy that can play the guitar is a HUGE turn-on for me. My two "loves" [even though famous] are awesome guitar players. It's an art that I can apriciate.

apparently if you've taken the time to acquire the skill of playing the guitar then it must be in your best interest so who cares what a girl thinks. and I don't know too many girls who aren't crazy about musicians!
