What's the best program to separate long music files into tracks?

Mac OS X. Taking an AIFF file and creating tracks for Toast 7 Titanium. Currently using Roxio's CD Spin Doctor, and HATING it!

I have Final Cut Studio, Quicktime Pro, Toast 7 Titanium.
Mac OS 10.4.7 w/ iLife '06

yer maybe audacity its a shareware so its free just search it up on yahoo or google or somthin
