A wise human would have to have a variety of characteristics. First would be temperance. Even when he or she gets upset, the wise human would be able to masterfully control his emotions and express them in an acceptable way. Second, he would be able to control unwanted desires. The wise human would be able to kill evils such as lust, wrath, avarice, and hatred in his heart. He would be able to express genuine compassion for people and would concern himself with seemingly trivial things such as how his actions affect others, how people feel and how he would make them better. He would love for the human race, even if it is not perfect.
A wise man would also be able to calmly assess any situation and know exactly how to act. He would never act rashly or precipitously, but would conscientiously evaluate the repercussions of any move he makes, and how it would affect others around him. In all of his ways, the wise man exercises the mastery of the most difficult thing to master: the self. He who has the strength to master the self is greater than he who has the strength to take an entire city on his own.
If, however, he must offend someone because he must stand firmly by his beliefs, he would do so, though he would do it with as much tact as possible; the wise man is also a firm, unwavering believer defender in his beliefs.
Most importantly, the wise man fears God. he recognizes the Creator for who he is, and accords him the proper respect. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, after all, and, if a wise man fails to learn this at the end of his life, he can hardly be called wise.

A wise human would have to be someone that sees something happening in their life, and knows when and how to act or react to the situation. A wise person knows the value of things over other things....such as family over friends or maybe vice versa depending.

Someone who talks less, listens/observes more. Probably matured in age, had been through life quite a fair bit and thus able to share his views to those who care to ask. Someone who give more and expect none in return.
