Unfortunately, no. To get a true blue, you have to bleach the desired blue parts and then color over the bleach with the blue dye. A better alternative may be colored extensions--I have them, and they're great! They don't damage your hair, and they won't fade either.

You're probably going to have to bleach your hair to make the blue show up at all, and every then it will more than likely fade to a nasty green grey color.

how bout not... blue wont really show up well on dark colored hair... i did it once... my hairs dark too maybe u should get a new haircut instead.. just a thot

spiker colors is gel that is water proof, and it's not too easy to manage, but some people use kool-Aid to color their hair.
