Dairy products can cause mucus to build up if you're fighting a head or chest cold so it can worsen a cold if you're trying to fight it. Cold drinks are good for those with fevers because it can bring it down by cooling the body off.

My mom used to give me ice cream or sorbet when I had a fever, but not with a cold because it could stimulate mucus production.
Cold showers are no fun when you have a fever though.

not necessarily... but it would probably be better to eat warm stuff... a fever is a way your body heats up to kill the bad bacteria. Be sure to try and handle the fever without taking aby advil or anything, unless it gets to be a real bad fever. You gotta let mother nature take her course. =)

No, they can help bring it down actually. Try not to bring it down too quickly though (a luke-warm shower is better than a cold shower).

No, not necessarily.
I wouldn't have all of those things in one day though. Your body has to work to warm itself when encountered with cold things, so this may put a strain on your body.
