You won't, but why not make a game of it. Just do the most annoying sh*t possible in bed and make her fake it to your worst performance ever. At some point she will crack and just call a stop to it, at that point you win.

i'd think the moistness would have to come into play here. if she's making lots of noise, but you don't feel the lubrication from her, then she's faking. we don't ALL fake, i've never really HAD to fake it with my hubby...every sound i make is from my toes on up to the top of my head. What's her body telling you. Not her mouth, not her moans, or grunts or whatever. Read up on what happens to the female body during that time and see what happens when she seems to be having one. Could be she wants you to be done already. If you get my drift.
