preferably a drink (because straight is just a little too tart for me) but side dishes are welcome as well.

BEVERAGES:

1) Mix some seltzer/club soda with it. i prefer 50-50, but mix it up to taste
2) Pomegranate - OJ - with a twist of lime is greaaat. go 45-45-10 in respective order
3) Pomegranate - Ginger Ale - Slice or Orange about 70/30 (70 pomegranate) you dont want the ginger ale to overpowering
4) Pomegranate / Vodka - (Great refreshing drink), my favorite

I am doing fine thank you. Hope you are doing good too. Add Vodka and some sweet brandy or juice to counteract the tart.

this is my favorite pomegranate juice recipe given to me by my grannie who lived to be 102 years old
1 qt. of pomegranate juice
2 large eggs
1 cup of self rising flour
a pinch of salt
1 quart of jim beam whiskey
mix the juice,eggs, flour and salt, throw them away and drink the jim beam at your own pleasure----- enjoy

In my opinion pomegranate is sacred and should not be mixed with anything, including alcohol.

I like to cut it with some Diet Sprite. I do the same thing if I buy a nasty red wine.

Pomegranate Martini!!
2 oz. Pom. juice
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. simple syrup

Shake with ice and strain into martini glass......delicious!
