I wanted to know how do you know if you have herpes for a week now i my lips have been dry and irritaing but nothing has appeared on them and i sometimes have this uncomfortness in my penis but it doesnt hurt or anything when i pee its just uncomfortable and i dont have any warts or sores down there could this be herpes or no?

I have herpes and if you have it, you would have white spots like pimples on your penis. Sores on the lips would indicate "cold sore" which is a form of herpes. Lips dry and irritating sounds more like you need chap stick. But uncomfortable urination sounds like something else and time to see your doctor to determine whats happening.
