the best thing you can do is let it grow out, by stripping it you will damage your hair a lot, not just fry it, so I don't recomend it.

girl I'm sorry you can never get your hair exactly the way you had it be for color.. if you strip your hair there not gonna just leave it like that they will need to put an other color over your hair it is just to keep from damaging your hair so much and to make it easy-er to get the color you want and it depends were you got make sure there good or Else they can mess it up and no you can not do it your self if your trying to go back to your natural color. if your hair was naturally light then yes you might fry your hair but if it was naturally dark then no it should be the same texture of what it is now... good luck p.s striping your hair is only a last resort and should only be done if a professional Say's and even then use deep conditioner's right after.. but ask and see what they say...

I've turned my hair green before, so believe me when I say be careful.

If you go to Sally Beauty Supply and buy a highlighter with the blue- add in lightener, which gives it an extra kick, use 30-volume developer and basically "bleach" your hair. You will then have to use a porosity corrector to try to mend your hair so that you dont fry it.

And then you will have to dye it back to your normal color.

DO NOT re-dye it with anything ASH>>>not light ash blond, not med ash brown, nothing ASH>>>>, ash turns green.

Pick a hair color close to your own, and let your hair grow back out.

For best results, see a hairdresser, but be prepared to pay.

your only supposed to strip your hair the day you color it and you dont like the color .If its red it could turn pink and if its black orange red and if its brown could be orange so just try and do highlights over what you have that hides alot.

if you're stripping color from your hair, its going to leave it dry and damadged. Stripping color means that you're removing color from your hair - essentially, you're bleaching it. Try a silk infusion to help restore moisture to your hair.
