your best bet, benched press combo flys. you do 1 set of 8 reps of benched press and then rest 30secs before doing a set of flys 6reps and rest for 1-1.5mins before the next set. do this combo 4 times with the max weight you can do for 8 reps of bench press and 6 reps of flys.
pls look up the terms bench press or flys if you dont know. or simply ask any kinder looking ppl in the gym cos its a must know term.
if you wanna build nicer chest, you do incline bench press/flys combo and switch with the normal one everytime you work out.

lastly, dont start with your maximum weight for the first training. it is very impt that you get the form right. start with a weight you can handle well and see if you're working the right muscle then gradually when you get your form right, you hit your max. WOOT, good luck

There are some different ways to work the chest: bench press, flies, push ups, cable cross, incline and decline benches. For your workout you can pick two of them a week and then change the next week, many ways to do it.

Simple Push-ups with your hands placed just a bit wider than your shoulder, and do place your feet at some comfortable height.
