Most felony warrants are reported to NCIC (National Crime Information Center), which is a service to which many Law Enforcement Agencies subscribe, just so they can know of there are outstanding felony warrants in another State.

Will it show up in another state, yes if the state the warrant was issued in and the state running the name participate in the "Triple I" part of the NCIC. However, you would only be arrested for the outstanding warrant if the state that issued the warrant will extradite you from the state you are in when your name is checked. Again, however, should you be arrested in the state for some new crime, then since you're already going to be incarcerated and put into the corrections system, odds are extradition will be arranged for you back to the state with the warrant.

A felony charge ? YES.
Why ? Because it's a felony and that means you have spent time in prison.
You are in the NCIC data base as a known felon and anyone with access to the NCIC will find you.

If you served more than a year in prison you will come up on any states department of corrections inmate website. Your crime will appear also.
Anyone can find out anything they want to know about anyone...it all depends on how much money people are willing to spend to find out. If you give someone a reason to question things, then you run the risk of them finding out.

Yes. It is called a "rap sheet". Anyone that runs your name and social security number will get to find out about your record. It is a matter of public viewing. It is called the freedom of information act.
