multiple system atrophy, atrophy is when something degrades from disuse, like my biceps, they've gotten skinny as hell from not using them much, and my lungs, I haven't ran really in over a year so they burn when i use them, however multiple system atrophy is when multiple systems go wonky due to any number of things, it's very bad when it happens, and many people don't recover from it, it usually sets in on the very young, the very old, and the very sick.

it means that many groups of your muscles are weakened. it's bad!
