and the cycle follows.
does this schedule maximises my gains? how can i improve it so that i can see more gains in my upper body

Sounds okay but make sure you mix up the order you do each exercise everyday. You should also increase weight and decrease reps if your goals are to increase muscle mass. Get a spotter and always be mixing things up because you body will get used to a routine very quickly

Try this

1st day - chest & triceps (since benching incorporates your triceps)

2nd day - back & biceps (since back incorporates your biceps)

3rd day - shoulders & LEGS (i think you forgot a body part there)

Do this for about a month, then change it up. Whether it's just changing the order of the exercises you do, changing your exercises, or even changing the combination of body parts. Keep your muscles guessing since muscle is a memory tissue, the more it gets used to something, the less stress you put on it. So by changing what you do, your muscle has to adjust to it.

First, Third, Fifth day do this: Chest, lats biceps, forearms
Second, Fourth, Sixth day: Shoulders, triceps, Abs.
7th day rest.
The muscles respond best if they're worked 3 days a week Be sure to do 3-6 sets of each muscle group, pyramid up and down (light to heavy and back from heavy to light) This should produce a nice burn!
