It seems that most men don't have economic requirements for the women they date, but many women (not all) judge men on things like how much they tip, if they pay for the woman's drinks/dinner, what kind of car he drives, what kind of job he has, etc. Should men have similar requirements?

Come on now, where are you going to find a woman who makes 6 figures? Oprah seems already taken. Everybody knows that women are not allowed to make that much. That is why they are underpaid here in America. The double standard does exist, but if you limit yourself to dating women who make six figures a year, then you will be having sex with the same two women for the rest of your life.

I don't think all that materialistic stuff matters not saying you should be with someone that is broke but you should be more concerned about how that person treats you alot of women do say that a guy have to have this and that for them to be with them but thats stupid because most of the time they don't have the same they should be able to bring the same thing to the table

I don't think any relationship should be based on money ever! love is love, money should not have a part in how you feel about each other but you should try to stay away from money grubbers. just make sure she is more interested in you rather than your money. make sure that you find a independent woman someone who already has established a life for herself and not looking for a guy to depend on.as long as you find a woman like that than you shouldn't worry about how much money she makes as long as she is comfortable with her lifestyle

It sounds like you may have economic requirements for your ladies. Why should it matter if you love the person. But if that's your thing then you go man go.

I don't think money should matter as much as morals. If you are only dating women who are dating you for your money, then yes I think you should make sure they are making six figures as well. If you date women who just enjoy spending time with you, and who truly care about you (not your income) then you don't have to worry about it.

Sounds like the women you describe are uptight. I try to find out more personal things about people. Its the person your going to be with not their money.

Only shallow people date according to how much money the other has. Give me love over money any day.

If anyone, male or female, has such requirements, then they care more about money and materials than the person. That's very sad.
