I drop my kids off at school and then I head off to Curves. There are Curves all over the place. It is a myth that only older, heavy women can go. I am only 27 and I love it. It keeps me energized and tone. It only takes 30 minutes out of my day and I can socialize with a different group of women everyday without becoming bored.

I go straight to the gym after work every evening. I do cardio & nautalis weights one day & then the next day I do just Cardio. I walk in the park on the weekends.

On Monday I teach step/bosu and do weights. Tuesday yoga, take people for walks in the park,Wednesday step/toning, and weights, Thurs.take people for walk in the park, yoga, Friday toning class and weights.

100 situps every night and, 25 pushups then i eat 5 gallons of cookie dough then go to bed

2nd day biceps shoulders
3rd day triceps and forearm
4th day rest
and the cycle follows.
