I repent of all my sins that I know I've committed and also the sins that I'm not aware of committing.
If you habitually commit the same sin over and over then you need to evaluate what you're doing to cause it. What triggers it? etc. And do everything in your power not to sin. Have accountability with another Christian so you can each help each other. Something like that.
I believe that by Grace we are saved, not by works. It is a free gift of God. As such I believe that once you are truly saved and God sends you the Holy Spirit you are saved of past, present, and future sins. As we do nothing to earn our salvation we can do nothing to lose our salvation. This is not a license to sin at all, as some would say, in fact a person saved and born again will do everything in their power to please God, as a result of being saved. You can't become "unborn" as God knows whom He's chosen. A true Christian cannot "fall away." It would be impossible. Nothing can snatch a believer out of God's hands...nothing, not even themselves. You hear stories all the time about "Christians" leaving the religion and not believing anymore. My answer is that they were never saved to begin with and weren't born again. If they were God would have sent the Holy Spirit and they would have known His truth without doubt.
So, to answer your question, I believe that person will go to heaven. If salvation isn't by grace alone than your example person will go to hell as they have unrepented sin on their hands. One sin is the same as a million sins...and if it's not forgiven, there must be punishment. God's punishment is hell.
That's my take on salvation. I think His Grace alone is sufficient for salvation, some others don't believe this.

i will start from the firsts question you asked. You can find salvation when you admit that you are sinner and accept Jesus as your lord and Savior the you can receive salvation through Jesus. and when you sin you may not take notice of your so what i do is everyday when i come to pray in the night i ask god to forgive all my sins and i believe in faith that he has. Then i ask god that i will try to break the habit i have and i am trusting him to help me break the sin and if you are dying you are supposed to be pray and thanking god that you are going home to him by doing that you will have less time to sin against him.

Once you accepted Jesus as your savior, you cannot loose your salvation unless you denounce God and turn your back on him or do this...
Revelation 22:18-19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
You must repent of your sins daily. You must identify what did you committed and really work hard at changing that part of you that makes you repeat that sin over and over again. If you dont' do this, what will happen is that God will turn you over to a reprobate mind.
Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate
But we do have to pay for our sins in the flesh before we leave this earth before we die, even though our sins have been forgiven when we ask Jesus to forgive us. Our sins will not be remembered when we get to heaven if we repent and do not repeat them .
The only way you can know exactly what you do is a sin or not, is to stay in God's word every day. Pray every day as often as you can. Build up your faith and your relationship with the Lord. He will strengthen you and your faith in Him and bless you abundantly for it.
you can break those bad sinful habits if you really put for an honest effort and ask Jesus to help you.
Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible

You can not find salvation. It is given to you freely as a gift from Jesus Christs mercy, grace and by his sacrifice on the cross for us. It sounds to easy, huh? Well, it is, if it comes from your depth of your true heart. Yes, you should always ask for forgiveness of sins you know you commit and should ask God to search you and convict (or make you aware) of the ones you do not know. If you truly have Christ in your life and you try to live your Christ as a mirror of Christ (Christ like, the famous What would Jesus do?") and you sinned right before you died, the Lord Jesus knows your true heart and you would be with him. If you were a fake, well, you have an eternity to regret it.

You are not asking how to FIND salvation but you are wondering if you can LOSE your salvation afterwards. The answer is yes but it is NOT easy to do. An ongoing sin that you REFUSE to deal with can eventually harden your heart and cause you to loose salvation however It is not ONE small sin it is a growth of DISOBEDIENCE especially if you decide not to do something about it.
(I used to ask this question in Christian Classes I taught to make sure people understood my point. If you were saved and driving your car. All of a sudden a car swerves in front of you ... You swear and the car hits you killing you IMMEDIATLY do you go to Heaven or Hel? The answer of course is Heaven.)

The focus is Christ more than your sins. Repent what is on your mind. But you are not aware of all the ways you sin. Some by commission others by omission. Just look to Christ, because he is the target. Not yourself.

It's all about the sincerity of the heart but if a person is not contrite then their prayers are not heard but useless. We must not continue in sin and we must focus in order to keep from sinning. A person is not a believer if he is habitually sinning knowingly and they will reap what they sow. It takes the power of prayer and meditating on God's word which is true discipline to keep stability in a holy lifestyle.

The work of forgiveness for your sins was done on the cross. As a believer, your sins, past, present and future are forgiven. God the Father sees you now in Christ, He doesn't see you in your sinful state, but as hidden in Christ. When we sin as believers, we are not risking our salvation, that is secure, but we do break fellowship with God. When we sin, we seek forgiveness in order to restore that fellowship.

Hmmm...this is a struggle for me too. When I do something wrong, even though God already sees it, it is best to confess on the spot and ask forgiveness. The Spirit is strong but the flesh is weak. Remember when Paul said to pray unceasingly. You can pray anywhere. You don't have to get down on your knees all the time. God is with you always, so TALK to Him! Also, for those things that you didn't realize you did were wrong, in the evenings I ask God to forgive me of my sins spoken and unspoken. Best to cover all bases. If you give your heart to Jesus with a true heart, no one, and the Bible says so, NO ONE can snatch you away from Him.

yes repent of all sins that you are aware of.
If you have confessed and put on Christ before "that sin" on your deathbed no, you will not go to hell, scripture says if you believe in Christ you will live in eternity with HIM....
