There are no right or wrong answers to any of my questions. Some of you are new to this, so I thought I'd throw that out there.
Answer in anyway that you wish. Thanks.

Would any of you be surprised to learn that I just received my 4th violation notice for the day? Seems I'm too chatty. So be it. :)

my answer is.I love spending time with my sister after school and talk to her about all the things she did and all of her friends she's only three but i feel like i known her for years.Just two days ago she went down to my room and gave me a zip lock bag with a flower in it(it came from our neighbors yard.)lol.and it had dirt in it she told me that she wanted to bring me something from outside since she missis me playing with her.So I promissed her that some time this week me and her would start our own flower garden.

Everything in nature, the beaded dew on a spider web, the reflection of pointed spruce trees on the surface of a pond, the soul-stirring song of the ruby eyed Loon, the fantastical shadows on moonlit forest, field and rock blanketed with new fallen snow, the vividly colorful shifting curtains of the Aurora Borealis, framed in the star-studded night sky and the jagged rim of the forested rocky earth. All has deep meaning to me, the swallows darting through the sky, the butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, wolves calling from the heart of the forest, moose wading through the fragrant water lillies in a pond. Dragonflys zipping through the air above your head snapping up the mosquitos and blackflies seeking you out, the sandhill cranes dancing to the sound of thier rattling call in the midst of a meadow, the melodious chorus of frogs in the spring twilight. This is what I find meaningful, the natural beauty of the earth..... it's the reason I live where I do, in the heart of the Northern Ontario wilderness. Nothing else stirs my heart so profoundly as the call of the wild.

Anything which makes an impression is meaningful.
I'll tell a little story:
The other day I was entering the building where my office is located. A young man held the door for me. I said "thank you" and he said "you're welcome ma'am" and ever so slightly bowed. It conveyed not the least bit of sarcasm, and came across as completely an unconscious gesture of respect. It absolutely made my day!
So I entered the office smiling. The two secretaries do not like each other, but as I smiled and said good morning to both, they both lost their heavy expressions. I greeted a moody architect, and he smiled too.
That moody architect was on his way to a meeting with a contractor. I wonder if his smile carried him through that meeting successfully. I wonder if the contractor went home and smiled to his wife. I wonder if the wife smiled back, and kissed him, and they both felt joy and carried it on into the next day.
No small deed is futile. Everything is meaningful.
The people who are reporting are totally missing the point. You have the most interesting questions on here - I love reading the responses.

There are a couple of groups of things that I believe in. The groups usually need to come separate from each other.
1) A bottle of vodka and one or more of the following: a) a group of intelligent friends, b) a group of fun friends c) a naked lover.
2) Nature either a) untarnished by man or b) incorporated in with man's world.
3) Discussion of the nature of things in general, and certain specifics, which doesn't result in name calling or actual hatred, but might result in some witty banter and friendly sarcasm.
4) My family.
a) The young man I helped turn from the angry result of a bad childhood to a caring and intelligent young man. Watching him grow and learn. Developing my relationship with him. Watching his relationship with others grow.
b) The man that is most responsible for causing this change, and the love of my life.
c) The brothers and sisters I grew up with getting together, because it doesn't happen often enough.
1 mixes well with 2 and 3, but not really 4.
4 mixes well with 2 and 3, but not really 1. Well, okay, 4b mixes well with 1.
Thank you for the question.

There is a moment, possible in every relationship - every exchange, I suppose - when two people really see each other without judgment or fear. When two people connect and comfort each other - inspire each other.
It doesn't happen often (often enough), but it's magic when it does.
I don't even mean in a sexual sense, although I guess that's where most people find a glimmer of it.
They are the moments when we are allowed to be fully ourselves and are embraced for it.

Mr. Duchovny,
"What Do You Find Meaningful???"
Supported confidence. To be assured that what I stand for is good, and right. To bring the truth to those who don't know it, and that they are accepting to it.
Other things:
Forgivance, a warm smile, cessation of againstness (peace), knowing that I can love those who do not love me, knowing that others can love me, helping others to find a solution that they were convinced was an impass, a lack of complication to a problem that was thought to be bigger than expected, to know what I want and finding that it suits me, a gentle kiss from someone that means me no harm.
