The last phase of grand Mal seizure is unconsciousness. You may have had Jacksonian which takes a long time to progress to grand Mal phase. If your alive today you didn't die, but was out cold a little while.
You might never have one again or two seconds from now. All the best. The most deadly type of seizure is one where you keep having them very close together. They give you weird feelings because of all the stuff both physically, mentally and psychologically happening. Stay and be free,

Seizures are a result of abnormal electrical impulses in and to the brain resulting in the body disconnecting and disassociating with physical and mental reality. If the body does not reconnect to the brain or visa verse, then a person is usually pronounced in a coma. When a person's heart stops beating, and cannot be resuscitated, that person is usually pronounced dead.
In the late 50's and early 60's the injection of scopolamine was an accepted procedure for women who were preparing to deliver a child. Scopolamine produced an effect of amnesia and euphoria. In 1962, when I was delivering my daughter, an injection of scopolamine and the intake of nitrous oxide resulted in my feeling that I had died and the world I was living in was not real. Could I be dead now, and living in another world? Maybe. Could you be dead now and living in another world? Maybe.

I have seizures and anything past 5 minutes in a seizure is critical. After 7 to 10 mins. emts must be in route to the patient. People do die in seizures and they do not come back into this world. I have often wondered when I pass away would it be in my sleep during a seizure.

Dead is dead. You were not dead. If you had been, you would not now be asking the living this question.
If you have the capacity to redefine death, you quite possibly may have been "dead" under your definition, but not under the standard medical definition.
When you do, eventually, die, remember to think back to your suspected temporary death experience and then you can decide if you did die before. You might then be able to better rest in peace at that time. Be sure to let us know what you decide. We're dying to know. Yahoo should have developed a means of electronic communication with the dead or at least with the non-living subscribers by then.

Well I would first ask my mom , what did she mean by saying that you were dad a little bit , you cannot be a little bit dad, perhaps your hart stopped pumping, but started again but for how long?
and lets say it just stopped it is possible that after certain minuets even you can be broth bag, and their are lots of people how have experienced such feeling. you don't remember yourself at that time, but if it would have happened you have had a very good feeling as lots as it is being described from the people who had the same experience and going trow the light.
but never the lase don't brake your head with such questions, that is good that you are steal heir.

You could technically flat-line {where your heart stops beating}, however if you die, your dead end of story.
