Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Helping you eliminate depression?

I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. The two typically go hand-in-hand. One feeds off the other and it's a vicious cycle once you get stuck in it. I don't wish it on my worst enemy. I can personally attest that depression IS a serious condition that is more than just not thinking bad thoughts and not "complaining" about it. When people are insensitive to people who suffer from depression, it just exaserbates the problem for them. You already feel lost and like no one understands you. People telling you to "get over it" and such, hurt not help.
I've been on a few different drugs to treat my depression and anxiety, such as Zoloft, Paxil, and a couple of others. When I tried to stop taking Zoloft, it made me terribly sick, to the point that I had to crawl on all fours around the house because I was far too dizzy to walk. It also caused me to be nauseas and vomit for a week. So, if you are taking Zoloft, WEEN yourself off of it, dont' just drop it like it's hot. If you simply stop taking it, your body literally goes through withdrawls, hence the dizziness and vomiting for a week. After all, it is a drug.
Of the other medications I took to treat my depression and anxiety, they all did a pretty good job, but as soon as I stopped taking them, I was back to being depressed and anxious given enough time. After being on and off medications for this problem for about 5yrs. now, I can attest that these drugs DO NOT CURE depression and anxiety. They simply mask the problem while you take them. These drugs are designed so that you have to keep purchasing them. You don't think these drug companies would actually manufacture drugs that cure the problem so you can stop spending money on their drugs, do you? No, no, these companies are too smart for that.
With my 5yrs. of experience with these various drugs, I've become VERY anti-drug! I've battled with my depression and anxiety on my own, drug-free, for the past 2yrs. It's been extremely hard to just function as a normal human being, but I can attest that with a lot of mental focus and determination, it IS possible to at least somewhat overcome the depression and anxiety without the use of meds. I've slowly but surely been improving for 2yrs. now. To others, my progress may seem menial, but to me, I can see and FEEL how much I've truly improved.
As of right now, THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL to make depression go away. If they would come out with a pill to correct and FIX the imbalance of chemicals in the brain that cause depression and anxiety, it would be godsend. No such luck yet and maybe never. Like I said, drug companies want to make money!

Nope. While I will agree that depression can be serious and hard to overcome, pills just bring a whole new set of problems...weight gain, lack of sex drive, mood swings when meds are missed....and a myriad of other side effects not worth having.

Yes, it works wonder. There are two types of antidepression medication out there as far as I know. They are prozac and paxil( I think that is how you spell it). Check with your doctor first.
