Maybe reaction of sweat on your skin----Suggest you soak in a tub with 1 1/2 cups of Brown Vinegar added to the water this kills all bacteria and brings skin back to its normal PH. after the soak and dried off-----dilute 2 tablespoons of brown vinegar in 11/3 cup water and dab on belly esp but also chest arms etc wherever sweat accumulates -incl neck and leave on. The vinegar smell will go away in approx 15 to 20(at the most) minutes and if bacteria from sweat is the culprit then when you jog and sweat not as much bacteria forms . Its essential that its Brown Vinegar-can get most stores esp health food stores-for has all the minerals that are good for you in it. If this does not help then you need to go to a Dermatologist.

You sweat. The sweat brings bad stuff out of your blood, that is a good thing. The skin on your stomach is sensitive, so is mine. Maybe you are getting too much sugar in your blood. Carbs turn into sugar, no matter what lies they tell you. Check the kind of soap you use. Some times I mix a little baking soda in some water and rinse with it.

You are stretching the skin a little. This will make it itch.
