well, i would think it would all depend on how you go about it.
i know one thing...it did not work for my x-sister-in-law. we have decided that those who lose themselves to God have done something horribly wrong in the past they cannot forgive themselves for. instead of facing the quilt, these people run with the word without realizing what the word means. to claim to be a prophet of God is one thing, while believing the correct anology of the Bible and His words is another.

It depends on how smart and charismatic you are. If you can seduce enough people, then you might just have yourself a full fledged religion in a few years! Give it a try. I've got faith in you!
