I thank y'all for the responses so far. I mean Latin, not latino, (latina) who speak spanish.
I can't find the word redhead in latin, and thought someone could construct it.

Rufus is indeed Latin term for Redhead. Lover of - Rufophile??

"Rufus" is correct. The example in my dictionary is "r. virgo", a red-haired girl, so presumably "rufus vir", a red-haired man. "Rufophile" would be a natural construction.

The equivalent would be "pelirrojo" (for boys) and "pelirroja" (for girls).
There's no term for one who loves redheads, you'd just say it like that... some who loves redheads.
